My high school JV player got this bat in April. By The end of the month college scouts were at the games to see him hit and he was getting MLB offers to come play. Really??? Good quality bat, decent pop. Stud player not included.

Great Bat!
I love Marucci bats. Always have great pop to them. They are well made. Got this one in a bbcor model, for my 14 year old going into high school ball. Easy to swing, very forgiving sweet spot.

Good bat
He hasn't had a ton of reps with it yet but it seems to have good pop and easy enough to swing. I'll know more as the season progresses but so far seems like a really good bat.

1/2” adding $50 on to the cost is ridiculous
Literally $50 was the difference of what we could afford to purchase and it makes a huge difference in the performance with the player. Of course not being able to try out the specific one purchased was also a challenge. We tried out bats at a local sporting goods store before buying this bat. Performance is ok and as always the tool isn’t actually the thing doing the work, but the price difference is just silly. Hope this helps

Read the Bat Bros review on this bat, it feels great I think there’s less vibration vs the Cat 9.The Cat 9 connect is heavy on the end I like it.
