Toddy commercial brewer is super simple and makes great cold brew coffee. 5lb beans will yield you about 2 1/2 to 3 gallons of cold brew. Use GOOD COFFEE (light+medium fresh roasts w/Ethiopia etc.) and GOOD WATER (filtered) and you will have GOOD RESULTS.
