So I wanted to add some supplements to my food. So I ordered these. I am vegetarian So some nutrition most and regularly available in meat and fish is not into my diet. These things are nice. I am not exactly sure whether they work at 100 percent but I belive these thing do work at some level. Ofcourse workout and food habit are also important. Also every human body has a different levels of nutrition absorption which is different to different people

I have personally used this product and also recommended friend to purchase. I think it ia different from other multivitamins tablets. I got review from my friend that his problem if numbing hands resolved after consuming this tablet for few days.
