Used after bariatric surgery. Small dissolves under younger, and works. Not as fast as I would have liked but does work.

Have used 3 pellets as needed and it's worked. Tried four other products that were less effective. If taken as directed - avoid eating or drinking for 15 minutes or so before and after using, this little remedy is great. Such a little vial that can be slipped into purse or pocket! I use it now most days, but even if I miss a day, have little problem w/those offending foods.

I admit, I haven't used these very much and I have a hard time with gas but was hoping these would be a miracle

this is probably one of the few products that have worked for me to kill my gas issues in their tracks. Every time I eat beans or things with milk in them I have gas. Since taking this I have had less issues and I'm happy with the product.
