Great Quality and Functional
I absolutely love this knife. I bought it to replace a similar knife Henkles from a set I got from Costco. It was a great knife but I think it was accidently thrown in the trash with left overs. This one is much better quality. Heftier handle and seems like better heftier blade and better craftsmanship. Don't get me wrong the Costco set was really nice. Definitely worth the price.

Love the Zwilling quality
If you are a fan of these style and shape of knives, you'll love this one. The only recommendation is that you stay with the Zwilling Pro line, it is the best of the Zwilling series. I actually bought both the Zwilling Pro and the Wusthof classic and let the wife choose the one she preferred. She definitely liked the Zwilling better. I know it's personal preference, but we have a whole line of the Pro and so far have not had any issues or complaints.

This is a good kitchen knife for slicing vegetables
This is a good kitchen knife for slicing vegetables, fruits, etc. It is solid, well-balanced, and has a good heft. It's worth the price if you're looking for a good knife that will perform well and last for a very long time if you care for it properly.

Spendy, heavy, sharp, solid and nice curved lines
Spendy, heavy, sharp, solid and nice curved lines. Forged half-bolster feels substantial and allows for sharpening the entire length of the blade without interference

Can't wait to use
My wife likes these knives that have a sheep's foot. You can use them for peeling and cutting without worrying about the razor sharp blade poking you! We can't wait to use this knife and it a great addition to our knife set!

Trusted Kitchen Partner
Have had it's older brother years before the handle finally shattered. The newer model is built with the steel frame protecting the handle which makes it better fitting and a tad heavier, and as always - with that steel that retains an edge. Had to buy it complementary partners ....
