Easy to install, simple to set up and operate and great print quality

Good, not brilliant
Access to the printer is easy via applications, setup too no time at all. Trying to configure email and scan to network via the console/Web interface is useless and not for home users.You can use the mobile app to scan and send to email/storage (your phone), but the console should be simple and easy to configure.Print is fine, but marking down because of the poor user interface. For context I'm an IT support manager!

Quality product, wireless printer scanner. It does the job.

Defective in less than 24h
Was a great printer . . . for the first 24hThen it developed a fault where it would randomly switch off half way through a job and then the only way to power it back on is to pull the plug.Xerox usually have a good reputation and I've used their products before so I think this is a one off.
