Ease of use in substituting bleached mainstream flour. This is what flour is supposed to smell like. Recipes turn out lighter on the stomach digestion process when I use this flour. Good quality

I love that it does not affect my skin like cheap flours do. It is great quality flour. I make cookies with it.

So thankful that Amazon carries this brand. I've been reacting to bread for years and have pretty much had to give it up. I'm so thankful for this flour, now I can make cookies and not break out scratching!

Excellent flour as described. It is a bit pricey for my everyday use, but it was a delight to use for a special occasion.

For those of us who may be more reactive to gluten but have an easier time with European products, this flour is ideal for home baking. It’s just like all purpose flour in the U.S., but is missing the glyphosate that probably makes most of us ill in some form or another.

I make baguettes and this flour is the best. I've used Costco organic flour, which is pretty good, but it's "tougher" compared to the French t55.

This flour looks amazing, and I can't wait to use it from a french importer (ordered today!). From Amazon, it is sprayed heavily with some kind of chemical. I thought if I opened the package and transferred the flour to a glass jar that it would help, but 2 days with the lid of the jar left off, it still smells horrible of chemicals. The product is not usable but not returnable, so I have asked for a refund. I would strongly recommend ordering this from somewhere else, as I saw this in someone else's review but I ignored it and shouldn't have. There is no point in ordering flour from France if it's contaminated by US shippers. So frustrating!
