Finally a tasty keto roti with the sweetness like wheat
So... this pack has 1g of net carbs per roti, the blue pack of same Lo has 3g of net carbs. I am trying to have a stricter keto diet . I have tried ketofy's keto roti (0.4g net carbs).. it is goood.... but it has a aftertaste which is bitter..... while the wheat roti we all are used to have a sweetness in the end which hits the spot. Hence I thought of trying Lo, I ordered both 3g net carb version and this 1g net carb version. Both are really nice. The 3g version is easy to roll.. doesnt break easily... but has little more of coconut powder taste(as I felt). But this one has taken my heart. It is really tasty and dude just 1g net carbs in my roti. So I have 2 rotis... with any of my fvrt paneer dishes/bhindi fry/leafy vegetables curry. The rotis arent just free from carbs.. but instead they are full with protein .. vitamins and hence a good investment on health.

Tastes Like a Win, Fails the Keto Test
Delicious but definitely not keto-friendly. Anyone claiming you can’t make rotis out of this flour likely doesn’t know how to cook very well. When you’re following a restrictive diet, you learn to make the best of what you have — and to be fair, this is one of the rare flours that actually rolls well and fluffs up like a proper carb-rich dough. That said, it’s not keto-compliant. Every time I used it, my ketone levels dropped to trace or completely disappeared. So while it’s tasty and workable, it has hidden carbs that could pull you out of ketosis.Sadly, a hard NO for anyone on strict keto.

Misleading image. Unprofessional.
The roti is actually very good. But the first photo in the product page shows a proper chapati which is fully expanded.Expect nothing like it. Check review photos and videos and correct your expectations.I will change the rating to 5 if fake chapati photo is removed.
