Working well for a teenager.
My daughter has been getting acne, and her skin doesn't like a lot of products targeted for acne since they can be so drying. This cream has helped her skin clear up, and it doesn't irritate her or overly dry out her skin. She thinks it smells a bit medicinal, but doesn't mind the scent. It's not too strong and the smell dissipates quickly. The product is thin and milky, and soaks into her skin easily. She really likes using this cream for her acne, it's much better for her than most of the products targeted to teenagers for calming her sensitive skin when breakouts happen. She uses this cream along with the moisturizer, and is happy with the lightweight, non-greasy feel of the products while keeping her skin soft. However, this tube is tiny for the price of $25- it's a travel sized tube at the time of this review.MDacne Acne Treatment Cream with 2.0% Salicylic Acid - Facial Exfoliant Unclog Pores, Prevents Blemishes, Blackheads, Wrinkles & Fine Lines - Reduce Irritation for Sensitive Acne-Prone Skin

This is working but it takes time…
Don’t expect results overnight. After using this a week, it is definitely helping unclog my pores and make certain buried blemishes come to surface level so they can be fully treated and addressed. This is completely sheer when it’s rubbed in and I absolutely love that I’ve been able to discreetly wear it this last week during the day. This in particular gets 5 stars because it has not dried out my face to the point of peeling. That is a common thing I find happening to myself. I typically end up with random dry patches all over my face. This has not caused that and has been very gentle on my skin. One thing that should be noted again is that it does work but slowly in addition to the fact that a little bit of this cream goes a long way.Overall, this is a great value give how gentle and effective it is on your complexion.

Just okay.
The acne cream as a base of 2% salicylic acid. This acid helps with mild to moderate acne and can be used with other acne treatments.I bought this cream just based off of the salicylic acid to add to my routine. Most products with salicylic acid have a chemically smell. This one smelled a little better and absorbed well. It helped with a bit of redness. However, my acne really started to improve with other products on top of this one. There are plenty of products with 2% salicylic acid on the market for less than $25. You only get 0.7fl oz so it’s very expensive compared to other products. It does have extra vitamins in it, I’m just not a fan of the price even for a Vine reviewer.

Works well
I used 2% salicylic acid decades ago to control acne as a young adult. It worked wonders like no other product. Through the years I've used stronger strengths. I'm now at 20 %. It does a great job at peeling and resurfacing my face, but it's too strong for daily use to manage blackheads and reduced pore size. This 2% formula still works great for that. The label says night use only, but I use it day and night without issue. It does have a strong medicinal scent for a minute, but quickly dissipates.

Easy to use
I liked this cream above some of the others I've tried because I have incredibly sensitive skin. Many products have caused burns, sensitive spots, and itching on my face. This didn't do any of that. However, it is pricey, which means that I didn't use a lot at one time. It is effective when being diligent and patient, but it is something to use when absolutely necessary.

Works well for my minor problem.
I am a middle-age man so acne is not a big issue for me anymore, but I wear a hard hat for work and I tend to get a line of small pimples where it rests on my forehead. After using this for a couple days, it’s no longer a problem. So for me, it’s working great. Recommended.

Great for sensitive skin
I am in my late 40's with adult acne and dry, sensitive skin. This arrived in a simple, small tube. It was sealed in a plastic bag with an aluminum seal under the cap so there is protection against tampering. This is a very thin cream and very light. It has almost no smell. I found that it sunk into my skin similar to a moisturizer and I didn't have any reaction from my sensitive skin -- no redness, burning, itching or peeling that I normally can get from daily use of any acne treatment.I have both cystic acne and whiteheads. I find this more effective on whiteheads and that makes sense . . .this won't kill the bacteria causing acne but will help contain future outbreaks.I was surprised in the morning after the first use that although my acne was not gone, it significantly smaller. My skin was still red, but there was no additional irritation from the product, unlike other acne treatments I have tried. I am guessing that the thin consistency allowed more of the medicine to actually get to the acne. This is a much better choice for sensitive skin than any of the local products I have tried.
