AMES 2825700 Welded Garden Hoe

the blade is very blunt and therefore will not be useful to me in clearing weeds from my garden plot. in description it does say this is meant for light weeding but I think it would only work to clear seedlings. won't buy again. thankfully it wasn't expensive which is why I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

This is the same thing we buy at the local store. I hate running around to the store for this and that. Hence Amazon to the rescue. I can order this hoe as well as almost every other tool we use and have it in usually 2 days.The hoe is your typical, we prefer the wooden handle. What can I say it does its job and performs well for us. Thats why we keep purchasing the same brand.

How blade broke off on 3rd use, was simply scraping ground surface like a rake.

Cheap. Lasted two years of very light use. The metal is thin weak looking. I expected it to snap, but to my surprise the wood gave first. It splintered into multiple fractures.

OK construction; not sharp; who wants a dull hoe?

its sp good to have a hoe again. nothing like them to take the weeds down and i have some that my son calls horse tails they have those sticky seeds that are hard to pull off the clothes the stick to..

Wonderful hoe. Wlorks like a good garden hoe.

I have less than a 200 square foot garden. It does the job.
