My old exercise bike went dead and I nearly threw it out. I thought perhaps the fuse had blown because it was plugged in for a long time (having switched off the power button after each use). There was no fuse to change so I thought I’d try this universal adapter before buying a new bike. My bike is working again and I’m thankful. It’s well made and has many adapters. Pretty simple to use and seems sturdy.

Good product, works well. However, with the attachment head it is very long, ie the back of the radio / device now sits at least a couple of inches further forwards than it did with the original plug, as this one sticks straight out of the back of the device like a rigid bar. So please check you have space for this on your shelf or work surface.

My much loved York elliptical 3600 cross trainer wasn’t working and I realised it might be the power cable. I’m delighted that I found this one. I adjusted the voltage and hey presto it sprang to life. Perfect!

Basically does the job required of it and was cheaper than buying a dedicated AC/DC adapter for a NetGear switch. Easy to setup, just select the output voltage you require, output set to 1 Amp. Also it's noticeably smaller than most of my other AC/DC adapters which is helpful when you have several adapters on the same multi socket extension.
