Tests confirm your body absorbs liquid vitamins much better than. Pills. But liquid vitamins always used to taste aweful. This version has a citrus flavor. I put it in my oj with some fiber. You don't taste it at all. And even stand alone, it is not addictive, but it is much better than tolerable. I highly recommend this product.

I have been using this stuff on and off for years. I used to take it when I was pregnant because I couldn’t keep the prenatal vitamins down.
