The sound is not flat and has a very nice sense of depth and immersion. Definitely improved my gaming experience. Battery is fair enough for a whole day’s usage.Noise cancellation are not as strong as my AirPods but already well enough for its price.

These ear buds worked fine. We were able to use them without a problem. They fit in the ear okay. The sounds came out just fine. It met our needs. It was as described. They were discreet and not easily noticed. It made it a lot easier to use them. They were fairly comfortable. We didn’t have any problems.I liked that they were wireless. It is so convenient not to have to worry about cords.

I really ought to add a video (and may). The case lights up and cycles colors. The buds light up and flash (lit up but not flashing while worn). Consequently I was not expecting a lot from these. They are clearly focused on something besides sound, and sound matters, in audio equipment in particular. However, these surprised me. The sound quality is better than I was expecting, clean, snappy. The llow latency makes up a bit for not having aptx. but, clearly it is boosted to compensate for some of the tech which is not there. Now, these are advertised as gaming buds and I am not testing them that way, however, I am not hearing any latancy effects, and as I said, the sounds is better than expected.The buds are large and less comfortable than some but they are not terribly uncomfortable and are wearable. They do not fall out (and I have difficulty with ear buds).I would give them a 3-4 for comfort and a 4 for sound, not great, not bad, better than average, but, well, not for me. Sound quality is my primary criteria, and these are good for the price, but there are better. If you want the light show, I haven't seen it on others, but then have not really looked for it.At this price I think you get your money's worth. They connect easily, the touch pads work well and are pretty intuitive, and flashy. Hey, I had to have a razor chroma. I am not totally against flash, I just want more audio quality in audio products. They do sound better than I expected, and are better than average, just not the best for audiophiles ;)(was I expecting that? No)

I bought a $17 pair of Bluetooth earbuds (Amzane) and bought this brand (Tecno) at the same time b/c I suspected the cheaper brand may be disappointing. To my surprise, the brand that was much cheaper had lots of features that Tecno did not. Tecno charging case does not show the percentage of battery left, falls out of my ear constantly with all earbuds sizes, and has a shorter range before disconnecting from the device it's paired with. The $17 brand included more earbud sizes, and despite having equal (or maybe even better) sound quality, are much lighter and don't fall out. What was most surprising, is the cheaper brand held nearly double the charge time before needing to recharge. I could have gotten 3 pair of the cheaper brand for the money I paid for this brand. I was surprisingly disappointed with these, because I purchased them in expectation of the other brand being the disappointing ones. They're not terrible, but for the money, you can do much better.EDIT: Customer service immediately reached out. This kind of care is becoming more and more rare, so I gave an extra star and felt I should include this. I am not accepting a refund or replacement. You win some you lose some, and so that whoever may read this review will know that every word is my honest, uncompensated opinion. I will check out their other products.

Please forgive me if I don’t know the technical terms. I’m not a gamer or a techie.I got these ear buds for my son so he could use them while gaming. He has a fast gaming laptop, but his headphones lag.These ear buds keep right up with the action. He said there’s really no lagging, and they sync right up with whatever he’s playing.He’s not a fussy kid at all (I’m lucky!), so he says the sound quality is “fine”.One of the features he finds pretty cool is the light effects. I actually like it myself for the simple reason that I will be talking to him without realizing that he can’t hear me because he has his ear buds in. These are noticeable, so I know to either speak a little louder, get his attention another way, or just wait a bit before talking to him.Overall we would both recommend these ear buds.
