Just do not smell it (because it's not the best lol) but it is easy to swallow. Since been taking for past week or so I feel better as far as my digestion, not having as much nerve pain as I usually have in my back. I just feel good overall since taking and this is the only supplement I am taking. After I take for a full 3 months I will do another review and report how I'm feeling.

Dont think they did what they was suppose to

I bought this to replace a thyroid supplement i was taking. I love the fact i only have to take one a day instead of 4 of the others i was taking. I feel a little m ore energetic and i feel this is a good product with many beneficial ingredients.

These pills are easy to swallow and don’t have a after taste. I bought these because I thought they would be convenient. I have been taking them for almost a month now. Initially when I first started taking them they made me feel a burst of energy and it also makes me poop more. I think I need to take it more in order to see it’s full effect.

They worked well for my joins. I need to get more.

I like the ease in swallowing and the dark bottle keeps them fresh. I am still waiting on full benefits but I have tried similar products that had a smell and hard to swallow..so far I am not disappointed in my purchase
