SIEMENSEQ.300 TI351209GB Bean to Cup Automatic Coffee Machine - Black

I don’t know who copied whom. A little bit not as good as Bosch 350, in little details like metallic frame for tray and bottom touch reaction but almost twice cheaper then Bosch and does the same fast coffee and same easy to clean and serve, plus has place in water tank to install the filter. Really happy to have it!

Machine is as any other automatic machine however it drains water with each cup add to this the rinsing at the beginning and end … water consumption and tray empty routine is highly questionable and not convenient, heard this is the same for all Siemens machine.

Very bad experience, delivery was late, after we connect it and start trying to make a coffee there was just water coming outside and that's it. And cannot contact the seller.

Bought the Machine. Broke within one month of use.

Initially it was a bit of a battle but I persevered and now I know exactly what to do and i love it.

I have been using this machine for over a year and a half and have been very happy with it. There are plenty of options to tweak the various varieties of coffee on offer. Besides that the machine is incredibly easy to clean which is a bonus.Recently, something went wrong with it and, for reasons unknown, the brewing unit stopped passing water. I am leaving this review because of the way Siemens dealt with the problem: the customer sevice I received was superb.First of all, when phoning the help line all our calls were answered after the first ring. No menus, no disclaimers, no waiting - just a person at the other end who was curteous and helpful. As we had disposed of the original packaging Siemens sent a courier with a box to collect the machine. It was repaired at the workshop and the machine sent back to us in a new box. The whole process took around a week and everything was covered under the warranty.This is a quality machine backed up by exemplary customer service.
