Good but not brilliant
These are quite big in size. I put one on my knee at 5.30pm and had to remove it at about 12noon the next day. These are 24 hours plasters but they don't stay on that long they roll up and down . I didn't feel any different with them on but I will try another one. They are very sticky and very easy to put on. The one I bought for £9.99 has 4 plasters in the box.

Patches do help with pain
These do work. Patches aren't very big but they are very sticky. This is a better alternative to gel and tablets.
