After recently rediscovering my love for the DC universe, I'd begun to browse through the vast expanse that is the Justice League series of animated movies. I paused when I stumbled upon this one, and after coming to realize that it's been expertly crafted as it completely drew me in, I only wanted to look for others like it. Such an excellent storyline. I hope to see more of the same. I'm definitely a huge fan of these types of films. Even in my early 30's, I still find marvel and amusement here after long 12 hr shifts at the factory. 5 Stars .. Full Recommendation.

A fun but flawed take on the series (No spoilers)
I watched this movie the day it came out on prime video, and i got a friend to watch it with me, It was a lot of fun, however flawed from a practical standpointTo start with the good -1. The animation and art style is great, others may not like it but I for one actually like the mix of the dcau and injustice comic art style they went for here.2. Another positive of this movie is the fights, a lot of these fights were actually pretty good, whether it was an internal or external fight. My particular favorite fight scene in this movie is the arkham asylum fight, because of a key event that happens at the very end.3. I have a plus that not many people mentioned, Damian was done amazingly in this movie, he's not a walking L like in the comics and games, he's actually a good character here that goes through growth and gets his arc wrapped up perfectly at the end of the movie. Now for the cons, theres quite of few of these -1. The pacing was just not good in the slightest. Much like Mortal Kombat: Scorpions Revenge, it seemed very inconsistent with the pacing, at least that movie crafted it well, this movie did not.2. The lack of comic accuracy. I understand drifting apart from the comics and trying new things, but its way too far off to even be called injustice. Besides the opening scene, almost nothing here is actually comic accurate, everything is changed way too much and it just does not work. In my opinion, the injustice comics are masterpieces of writing, and there was so many things cut from comics, the one i was most upset about was the lack of the "I am so disappointed in you" scene.3. Everything was just crammed into 75 minutes. For those who don't know, the injustice comic series spans over 5 years, with each being called, year 1, year 2, year 3, etc. The problem with this movie is that they crammed all 5 years into each other. This movie really should've been a series instead, with the length of this one covering only year 1, and maybe extending it to around 2 hours. That's about enough time to tell the first year without it being all over the place. And besides, we could've gotten 4 more sequels for the 4 other years, maybe even animated adaptations of the 2 games.4. Everyone is so emotionless and has a lack of expression. Possibly my biggest gripe with this movie is lack of emotion shown by the characters, Injustice is a story of tragedy, however, it really feels like the characters don't even care that things are happening. For example, superman and batman both experience heavy loss throughout the movie, but we really don't see them react with emotional reactions (for the most part), like they did in the comics, and like they should regardless.5. A certain character meeting a certain fate. Enough said, if you know you knowI really wanted to like this movie, I really did, but while it was fun to watch and I had a good time, multiple factors prevented me from liking this movie too much. This probably seems like a really pointless and unnecessary review, but this a review of passion, Im letting everyone know about this movie because I love dc and I dont want others to be potentially misinformed

Excellent 4K enhances incredible story
The 4K is excellent, crisp and detailed, enhancing an already spectacular story. Viewed projected in 4K onto a large wall screen with full surround sound, the experience is immersive. The storyline is stunning, taking the dark side of "good" superheroes to the extreme of hubris. Wow! The twists are many and the ending mind-bending. This alternate universe story fully deserves to be seen with the highest 4K resolution possible on the biggest screen. Bravo!
