I flat out love these wheels. They are silent plus they roll and turn easily. I'm disabled and like to play PC games, unfortunately for most of the games I play any laptop that is capable of playing them with decent graphics is far outside my price range. So I welded up a stand for my desktop gaming PC to hold the PC. Part of it rolls under my adjustable bed, the rest rises up and an arm extends out to hold my dual monitor setup, keyboard, gaming keypad and mouse where I can easily use the PC while laying in bed. The stand came out great and works really good, the only issue was that I built by cleaning up some rusty scrap square tubing I had on hand and using some quite old office chair wheels for it, with 3D printed inserts to hold and support the pin of the wheel in the tubing (I also printed some end cap plugs to neaten up/conceal the tubing's cut ends). These wheels work so much better and allowed me to easily swap out the cheap old plastic wheels that wouldn't turn or roll very easily for these much nicer wheels without having to modify or change anything about the PC stand. Great price for fairly high quality product that met my needs perfectly. I'm very happy that I opted for these wheels and I am beyond satisfied.

These casters are excellent quality; very sturdy and smooth. I do wish they came with stoppers to prevent sliding, especially when my office chair is reclined. I ordered the clear ones but received black instead. It’s not a big deal (probably only I noticed), but still worth mentioning. They lift the chair quite a bit. I’m 5'3", and if I sit all the way back, my feet don’t touch the floor. That said, they arrived quickly and work beautifully. I really like these and will definitely buy again (hopefully in the right color next time 😄). Buy with confidence! 🤗🌟

They roll so smoothly, they glide so effortlessly, they work so well... after installing them I grabbed my desk to roll my chair forward as I normally would with the old original chair casters, and I FLEW forward at a surprising speed, smashing into the edge of the desk. Considerably less effort is required to move around with these Office Owl casters! These wheels roll on hard surfaces like a dream, silently and silky smooth, but they transition from hard surface to rugs or carpet without a problem thanks to the increased diameter of the wheel. These Office Owl casters are 50% taller than factory wheels so you will notice a slight height increase in the chair, but it is minimal. These wheels are about 78mm/3" diameter. My factory chair wheels were 49mm/2" so it is only about 1/2" height increase, but they perform SO much better on carpets and rugs being 50% larger. Because these are built well, using actual bearings for both the swivel and wheel and quality materials, they are capable of holding more weight than the cheap wheels that come with most chairs. To make up for the lower weight capacity on the factor wheels, they use 2 wheels side-by-side on each chair leg. This design is terrible for swiveling and pivoting, when compared to a single wheel on each leg, as there is only one contact point and not 2. These Office Owl casters use a single wheel per leg, so they pivot and swivel much more easily. The only downside I have noticed is a slight squeak from the soft rubber on my concrete floor when they pivot in place. It is very slight and only lasts a split second as the wheel pivots in one spot. Once they roll, they're silent. The fit was perfect, and installing them in a 20 second affair... flip the chair over, yank the old wheels out, pop these in, and flip the chair back over. They fit well, they weren't loose in the legs, they stayed in place with no wobble, so installation is a snap. I've got to use them for 6 months or so to see if any problems pop up, but so far they're great and they look nice. I paid $20.87 for them, I just checked and they've gone up to $22.87, but that's still worth it if you're tired of small plastic crappy wheels that don't roll well and end up crooked and cracking.

I didn't think something as mundane as wheels on an office chair would any difference in how my day went...until I got the Office Owl Chair wheels! Silly thing I know, but I have, what I consider to be, a very good office chair in my home office. Since I can spend upwards of 10-16 hours a day rolling back and forth getting comfortable is very important. I didn't think the standard dual roller wheels on my chair really impacted my comfort or work flow but they were noisy, would stick when rotating from time to time to time....you get the idea. Then, I saw the ad for these wheels and thought, hmm for the silence alone it would be worth a try. Since the moment I replaced these wheels I have really enjoyed the difference! They are VERY quiet. Roll very smooth (I have office mats over carpet) and have yet to stick as I move back and forth. One thing to note is they are taller than the original wheels. Since I use custom keyboard trays for my work areas I already have my chair as low as it would go. With these wheels added I noticed, by default, I end up up sitting straighter in my chair and now sit more ergonomically correct. Even after a long day at the keyboards I don't end stiff and sore. Now I am not suggesting these wheels will cure back aches, migraines or any other malady you might have but I do know they not only worked as advertised in the rolling and quiet departments but the fact that I now sit more comfortably is work mentioning! The day I replaced the wheels on my chair I was so excited about the difference I told a teammate about them Despite the fact we both worked from our respective homes she ended up ordering a set for her own chair after hearing my description of how well they worked. These were very easy to install after some prying to remove the old wheels that had been on the chair for about 24 years. They roll great - at least when the chair is empty. I pushed it on the carpet and it roller straight for 10 feet. The old wheels barely rolled on the carpet. But with me sitting in the chair (300Lbs) the wheels are so far offset from the stem that the arms at the base of the chair going out to each wheel twist significantly. In fact if I roll forward and happen to have no wheel directly in front of me the chair begins to tip. Time will tell how well the arms at the base of the chair will hold up. I’m sure there is a name for the five arms that go from the center of the base out to the wheels, but I don’t know what the name is so they are called arms in this review.

These chair rollers are a great improvement over the OEM plastic rollers that came with the chair. They are smoother rolling and definitely safer for the LVP flooring.
