Lucky it fit me, it does run small, over-all it works great for what I need I suffer from muscle knots, in my neck and it is hard to rub them out. I was even able to sleep with it on all night.

Sehr gut für zu Hause geeignet. Hohe Wärmewirksamkeit - auch nachts. Wer zu Hause am PC arbeitet, erfährt zudem eine gute Nackenstütze, um weiteren Verspannungen vorzubeugen. Die Stütze ist zudem im Vergleich zu vielen Halskrausen oder Wärmepflastern recht diskret.

Brilliant neck support. I’ve had a stiff neck for the past week and the hot gel worked wonders for me! Back to normal in 2 days! The gel packs are really good, few minutes in the microwave to get it warm or little while in the fridge to get it cold and it slot it into the brace and off you go! Easy is that! The brace itself is made from really good quality material as it’s soft and comfortable, the Velcro strap means you can adjust it from being really tight or little looser. The instruction manual is great and the tips for neck exercises is also brilliant! Fantastic product!
