Item was already open when recieved. Item looked used already.

Not totally white
Not as white as you would expect. Definitely not like LED.

Poor Quality
The moment I plugged in tge 1st bulb, it heated up and started to melt along with producing smoke!Moreover, the light is not even cool blue. It's Yellow.Wouldn't recommend.
