VISMIX Pistol Magazine Pouch, Double 9mm Mag Pouch with Quick Release Kydex Insert and MOLLE Compatible

Bought one a couple months ago for my duty belt and I was surprised by the quality! The retention of the plastic holds well! So well, in fact, that I bought a second one for my partner to use!

I bought the multicam variant of this as a cheap Esstac alternative and they have really delivered. They hold airsoft MP5 and green gas pistol magazines amazingly. I have crawled around on, ran into objects with, laid down on these pouches and have had no visible or performance issues with them. They are very secure and removing a magazine doesn't take too much effort. They sit well on my belt and as long as you use your MOLLE in a smart way, when you remove a mag the pouches shouldn't slide up. I cant recommend these enough for the price. I just wish they offered a mulitcam version with a rifle mag.

These mag pouches are design perfection. Light, simple, sturdy, strong, comfortable, accomodating up to 2" belts, with ideal retention pressure for drawing and reholstering. Unlike most other pouches--thick, cumbersome stiff, heavy, uncomfortable and more costly--these must have been designed and made by people who actually use them to shoot. Only wish I'd learned of them 20 years ago. All the other pouches accumulated over those years of looking for something like these ave gone to the dump or recycling. Can't speak highly enough about these new ones.

Keeps two mags in place for easy reload. Good fit for Byrna Mags.

I bought these to put on a plate carrier I don’t use that much. To my surprise they are decent pouches, it to much of a difference from my esstac pouches. The retention is good, they held Glock mags well and the AR mag pouches held Magpul mags. Hopefully they last awhile.

Works great for my Glock magazines on my external molle vest!

For the price this is perfect, I had to by it for my CCW class and it fits great.

This is fairly decent, it's obviously an esstac kywi knockoff which I have as well. In comparison, the fabric is much thinner but the stitching is on point. Knocking a star for the thin fabric.On the one I received, there was a little extra fabric on the pouches so it didn't look symmetrical. It's purely cosmetic and doesn't affect function but knocking a star for it.Like all mag pouches with kydex inserts, it requires you to form them precisely to your needs with heat gun or hair dryer. Sometimes they're too tight or too loose but nothing like the original esstac kywis which always comes so tight that it's unusable. Not knocking a star for this.As of now, I'd trust my life to it. If you're willing to spend the extra bucks for the kywi, it would be worth it. If not, this will work fine for civilian use.For infantry guys, I can see it lasting at least one or two deployments without problem but keep some high speed tape just in case.
