These replacement ear pads fit perfect. They were easy to put on and are just as comfortable as the original ones. Highly recommended for the Jabra Evolve 40.

If you use your Jabra headset as much as I do, you'll eventually need these ear pad replacements. I've tried another third-party solution, which was rubbish. This pair fit well and seem to be holding up. They kept me from feeling that I needed to replace my fairly high-end Jabra headset, even though battery life is starting to fla.

My old earpieces were starting to shed, and I turned to Amazon to replace them. The replacement pads went on so easy. It took less than a minute to replace both sides. They work great and no more shedding!

Not identical to the OEM pads. These are a little firmer and you may need to adjust the headset to compensate. Functionally seems fine but have only been using it for a few days approximately 4 hours a day.

I was a little worried about how hard it would be to replace these, but it was easier than I expected. I had one ear piece falling apart on my headset but the other side was fine so I only planned on replacing one. But once I saw how easy it is to replace I decided to do both. The new foam is nice and firm, which took my ears about a day to adjust too, but I’ve been using these 4-8 hrs a day for that last couple of months and they’ve felt great and have held up very well.
