I went ahead and added a button to tie the opening together. The hard drive never fell out but I added it as a precaution. Great purchase.

If you have an external HD, this will be incredibly helpful. This is an item that you’ll wonder how you lived without it. Just make sure the cable you have is long enough. This will fit lots of different shapes and sized HDs

It’s perfect. Has a hole on the end for the cord. I also love that I can just wrap the cord around and put the end into the pouch to keep it out of the way (if that makes sense).

I like everything about this product. I use it for my backup drive. No longer do I have to find the backup drive, connect it, and try to avoid disconnecting it accidentally during a backup. Before buying, check the size of your external drive and ensure that it will fit the Docket.

First thing I liked was that the product came in earlier than expected. I needed something to hold my external hard drive and this was exactly it! As you can tell from the pictures, it has a little slot on the side that allows you to plug in your hard drive without taking it out of the pocket! The way that the pocket is angled makes everything easier for me, as other hard drive pockets tend to hold them vertically. When it comes to sticking the pocket, you can tell the 'stickiness' is very secure and also does not damage your laptop so you can move it if needed!
