Reasons for the Upgraded Case While we received numerous favorable comments on the previous versions of insulin related cases, we also found that they are not for every user, who has various needs. For instance, daily commute users and long trip users require different duration of thermal insulation. How It Works While being frozen, the ice brick absorbs a lot of cold. Put back into the case, and it will release a balanced amount of cold in a closed environment. Your insulin is protected whether it's sealed or opened. Super Long Working Time Insulin is sensitive to temperature, which is the main problem that this case addresses. For the best effect, we put a lot of effort, including material selection and design. The shell, which is made of oxford fabric and EVA material, along with the waterproof zipper, makes this closed environment. Besides, the aluminum foil inside enhances the thermal insulation. Just freeze the ice brick for 10 hours, and the next day, the case can keep your insulin safe for up to 12 hours. Convenience Does Matter We provide only one ice brick, but it’s enough, so the preparation work can be easier. Besides, the shell adopts injection molding process, more wearable than nylon, which is the raw material of ice packs. The brick can hold two insulin pens and other supplies that you need when injecting, like replaced needles. Applicable Scene Designed for those who inject two types of insulin. It’s a good choice for storing sealed insulin while commuting, traveling, schooling, etc. Of course, there are no restrictions on taking it on a plane. Tester A used the product during his trip. Since he injected insulin halfway through, and it’s not particularly strict about the temperature after the insulin is open, the case protected his insulin pen for up to 16 hours finally.

Does not fit
I bought this product however learnt that this does not fit the insulin pen and does not have a good arresting mechanism meaning it will rattle and lead to vial breaking.

Highly useful
The blue ice pag needs to be frozen, if you plan on going away for the day and are ok the move. Comfortable for traveling. It lasts a day under normal conditions, but need to check it during Indian Summers.Would recommend it.
