I didn't know what to expect with the taste when I first bought this. Only thing I taste when I take it is a little hit of coconut otherwise it doesn't have much of a taste to me. This is the first time I have ever taken vitamin D as a liquid and I love it. It doesn't bother my stomach and that's a big plus for me.

La vitamina D3 más limpia que he encontrado hasta ahora. Realmente funciona, y lo digo con conocimiento de causa. Me he ido realizando analíticas y se ve claramente cómo se normalizan los valores. Yo tomo solamente un “flis” de 1000 UI, que es lo que me recomendó mi médico. Aunque a veces, durante la época de otoño o invierno, tomo 2000 UI. Vivo en el norte de España y la falta de sol se nota. Me la recetaron para ayudar a absorber el calcio. Tengo algo de artrosis en una muñeca y no soy muy mayor. Por eso era importante prevenir y cuidar los huesos desde ahora. Como digo, los resultados de las analíticas van mejorando. Además, sabemos que es esencial para los huesos. También para los músculos, los nervios y el sistema inmunológico. Me siento con más tranquilidad al saber que estoy bien suplementada. Estoy realmente contenta con los resultados obtenidos.

I've used this brand of vitamin d for many years (recommended by Medical Medium), and will continue to purchase. Excellent quality. My only complaint is that they switched from a dropper bottle to a spray bottle. I'd much rather handle drops, so that I get the amount I want. If at least there was a choice between the two, but no, only spray version is available (in Canada).
