Was not expecting to bring the heat completely down but at least to 50%. FailedChange of fans speed is not detectable at all. For the prize this is not worthy at all.

Outstanding product! I never run games without having this running. I've noticed a 10-20 degree difference when I have both sets of fans running. This data was from using the app "Core Temp" (Not an ad but please ensure you don't agree to bloatware if downloading). The noise is not noticeable while I'm running games as the laptop fans themselves are louder.I don't like running power to external devices, if avoidable, via my laptop USB so I use an old USB wall plug while running it. I would replace this with another in the event it stopped working, or my kids decided this is the new "DDR dance mat...." .The note they send with the package is just what we need more of in this world. As others have said before me on the reviews I also do not leave reviews very often. They went a step above and I'm returning the favor.Keep up the great work!

I have a Acer Predator Helios 500 and I use it to stream/game. Putting my laptop through that kind of stress was causing my laptop to overheat and ultimately crash. I purchased this and it provided AMAZING air flow for my laptop and it allowed me to use my laptop for streaming/gaming again with no issues. The LED lights allowed it to fit in with the rest of my gaming setup. Also, the fans are powerful, but surprisingly quiet. Great product!

Does its job well - exactly as advertised. The fan speed can be adjusted - maintains nice airflow below the laptop.

Very very good product, very well packaged and presented, my laptop was hitting 90c when playing Microsoft flight simulator, so decided I needed to do something to prevent any damage to my laptop, so after a bit of shopping around I decided to take a punt with this product, as it seemed to be a good quality "budget" cooler, which would satisfy my needs for a third of the cost of a recognised branded alternative. When I received the product I was pretty impressed at the presentation of the box ect and it had a much higher quality feel to it all than I had expected, then i found a little envelope inside, which contained a rather funny comic depicting the journey of this product to me, and the contact details of customer services should there be any issues. I took it upon myself to send an email to them, not to complain, but to have a bit of a laugh about the comic and give praise to the team who had thought it up. Within hours I had received a very well written and personal reply, from a friendly and chatty representative of the company, not what I was expecting from what I had assumed to be a faceless far eastern company!Back to the product, it works great, and has reduced my temps by 10c which is great (make sure you have the legs out to get maximum air flow!)Would recommend to anyone, it appears that the company ethics are great and great products too. May upgrade to one of their higher end coolers should I need to, but I'm more than satisfied with what I've got.
