Q: Will this filter work with the whirlpool model #whcf-duf? unable to purchase filters locally anymore.

I use it on a Whirlpool WHKF-DUF filter housing. I think I had to steal a soft seal/washer from another filter to put in the bottom to make sure the height sealed the filter to the housing at the top. I also drilled the filter hole to maybe 1/2" for less water flow restriction. So an imperfect solution for me and I don't know about WHCF-DUF housing.

Q: Does this work with an "Ecowater" under the sink system?

There is not enough information provided to be sure, but this filter will fit "standard" filter housings produced by many manufacturers. The housings are usually designated as 2.5" X 10" (the dimensions of the filter). Hope this helps!

Q: Does this come with an O-ring?

It did not come with an o ring. It is only the replacement filter.
