Lasted less than a year with minimal use
Very disappointed with this machine only operated for a year with infrequent use. The repair manual for this model is not comprehensive to me and who even repairs these? Super bummed.

NOT consistent
When this machine is all "line-up " and the stars in the universe are all in proper formation.....its works great! That being said.....those times are few and far between, more time is spent on unjamming the twist ties, recalibration, taking the top on & off..you waste more time "fixing" it that you coulda just had the bags tied in that time frame..my review is : I WOULD NOT BUY THIS MACHINE AGAIN.

If you have lots of twisting to do , this machine is a huge timesaver and does perfectly tightly twisted ties with one quick movement.No jams, easy to operate and makes a once tedious task fun!
