I bought this product to help my elderly grandmother be able to get ahold of me when she needed help. I was hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews but she used it for 3 months and it worked great! She was able to get a hold of me even when I was not in the home. This is a great product. The only downfall in my eyes is it needs WiFi to work. As long as the button is in the range and hooked up to WiFi the button can reach you and ring your phone even if you are in another town. It was easy to hook up and we were able to hook it to multiple cell devices to be notified. The notification tone is pretty loud and I had no problem hearing it in the middle of the night. I would recommend to others.

Got this button for my aging father who lives by himself. The device would not work at all so I contacted the seller who had me do a few troubleshooting tips but still would not work. So they finally decided to send me a new one in the mail and that one worked flawlessly. The device is not completely waterproof but has a rubber protective cover that can be removed to charge the internal battery when needed. The App is simple and easy to use and has a battery level indicator, which is great so I can tell my father to charge the battery when it needs to be charged. I recommend this device for those who are on a budget, but do know that it is only going to work if the device is in range of the Wi-Fi router, it is not a GPS device.
