Super cute and stylish. Very sturdy and has a thick bottom. Love the shape of the handle.

I like the shape and handle, good for tea and small meals. I would buy more if they came in 2 or 3 qt sizes. Pouring is poor, spout is too think so very messy. The lid is useless. I don't mind much because I love the pot shape. I found similar pots from DCIGNA, 1.5 and 2.5 qts, immediately returned. I used each one once for boiling water and there was pitting and staining. This one I have used 100 times, put in dishwasher. It is still perfect.

*****This little pot is a work of art--fine workmanship and beautiful to look at and wash. I recently got rid of my microwave, and thus needed something to heat up my coffee with--so I wanted a small pot. I hesitated to pay so much, especially when the handle could get hot. This little pot is WORTH the money I paid for it (with tax almost $40) and I am going to buy another one to hold in reserve for when this one wears out. It is sweet, incredible, beautiful, and I don't miss my microwave one bit if I have something like this to use instead.Some reviewers said that handle got hot and others said it did not. This is because it would depend upon what you were doing with it and where on the stove you had it. For example, on a small burner, for a short time (as in heating up coffee), with the handle hanging over the stove and not the burner, the handle will not heat up. If you leave it on any burner for a long time, and/or it is full, and/or if it is on a larger burner (not recommended), the handle probably will heat up. The manufacturer recommends using a pot holder always. I love the pot so much I don't care about that, now that I've used it and see how incredible it is.I would only use this for small jobs (like reheating coffee) and baby it, because I want it to last. Plus it isn't the best thing to use for heating up lots of vegetables or browning meat or things like that. For me, it's a happy part of my daily ritual now, and I'll use it also for heating soy milk and almond milk and things like that--basically a milk pot. I want to keep it looking nice.It can go in the dishwasher, but it is not recommended as it can be scratched by the detergent. Mine will never see a dishwasher, as I'll wash it out by hand, again, to keep it sparkling and pretty. The finish is gorgeous. This is a luxury milk pot for me, and as you can tell, I'm thrilled with it!Highly recommended.*****

I love this pot! I love that I can make my hot chocolate and pour it straight into my mug. I made sausage gravy in this pot and poured it right onto the biscuits! Easy to clean as well.

I ordered this as a replacement for one I had that the insides were peeling off and I had to throw away. I ordered the stainless steel as that would not be an issue in the future. This is so handy when boiling pasta. I Love it! I also have a bigger size.

I was looking for a small tea kettle that wouldn’t rust, was easy to clean and works on an induction cooktop and this little pot is perfect. It’s very loud and vibrates a bit on my Bosch stove but not much more than some other cookware I have. I don’t need it to whistle because my cooktop is so fast that by the time I have cups, tea and sugar out of the cabinet, the water is boiling. Since it’s not boiling for long, the handle does not get hot. I only boil 2 or 3 cups at a time but If I filled it full on I regular basis, I would be nervous about the welds on the handle failing. Love the liter markings on the inside but they are just painted on so I suspect they may eventually wash off, especially if you need to scrub it.I don’t use the lid but since I paid for it, here are my thoughts. I’m unimpressed. It fits very loosely and steam makes it vibrate and clatter like mad. You must hold it in place when you pour or it falls off and the spout is not deep enough to actually let the water pour out so it splutters around the edges. I haven’t used it for cooking but I don’t think it would work well for draining pasta or veggies. There is a gap between the metal and the glass where condensation and bits of food could get trapped and that gap is very difficult to clean and dry. I would imagine mold and mildew could grow in there.

The 1.5 Qt size probably wouldn't work if you're trying to feed a family of 4 or more (unless it's just a side dish). But since it's just me and my husband - IT'S PERFECT! Spaghetti, Kraft size Mac & Chez, Ramen, ravioli, tortellini - but also, green beans, corn, broccoli, carrots - anything you'd like to cook in juices, then strain. Such a great size for 2 people when pasta is the main dish, and any # of people for a side dish!I LOVE the small drainage cutout on the side, and the lid has holes where you can line these up, and strain without having to dirty another dish. I even bought another oven mit, as I thought the handle would be hot, or the steam would burn my hand - but it's NOT needed. I don't know how it works (probably magic) but it doesn't burn my bare hand.Very EZ to clean since it's stainless steel! Can use metal, such as a fork, inside, no problem! The HANDLE is brilliant! Saves so much space compared to the pots where it sticks straight out to the side.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And if you have a bigger family, just get the bigger size.

Bought to make tea. It's the perfect size and design! Will probably get another one for sauces. Not flimsy, high quality. Very happy with this purchase
