These shipped very quickly and all in one piece, which was actually quite impressive, considering how fragile these cassava crackers are. You get a LOT for your money. They are shelf stable and I've never had them go stale. They come in "sleeves" which is nice, to help with portion control. You can add sweet or savory toppings, making them a versatile product for a grain free lifestyle. If you aren't familiar with cassava, make sure you bake or toast them lightly before consuming. I eat these instead of toast and crackers. They are great with garlic infused olive oil, or garlic and herb goat cheese!
