Works well and easy to install
Got this to replace my now obsolete Xerox multifunction printer. Fairly easy to install by following the instructions.Only tested the print function as my old printer is still working and it prints fine. Main reasons to get this model and make is the lower print cost because of Laser toner and also the ink doesn't dry up after long periods of inactivity.A couple of points to know, to put the paper in the paper tray you have to push the blue clip, instructions weren't clear on this. And to fit it back in the box you need to remove all paper from the tray and shrink it back

Size, make and app matter
It is a joy compared to a old style inkjet printer. It is the smallest laser printer I could find that printed double sided, from a reputable make. The app needs some work in my opinion, the selection of the double sided printing is a pain, make sure this feature is understood before printing a large document as not easy to stop a print job once started. Well made product, the ink should last a while, I hope so as a new original cartridge is £50. It cost me about £120, which was more than single sided version. Works with android and windows10/11 via WiFi. Holds a good quantity of paper in the tray and top tray after printing. Been using for 6 months, all good so far, would recommend.

Excellent
Delivered promptly. The two step wifi connection was relatively straightforward once we'd downloaded the app and named the home printer. Then two of our three laptops connected easily and printed out straight away. Nice quality printing. Our third laptop is a few years old and we still haven't managed a connection with that one. If it won't connect we'll use a USB cable for that one. Excellent value. Very happy.

So far so excellent!
I love this printer. It's my first home office laser printer and I will not be returning to an inkjet ever again if I can help it. The set up was not easy but it generally runs so quickly, quietly and easily compared to my old printer that I am won over thusfar.First I should say that I bought this out of the Warehouse at a discount, and it arrived a little batterd and dinged up at the back and missing all the documentation, but it is still functional. I've had a couple of weird errors that resolved after pulling out the toner section and just re-inserting it, but I can remember fixing errors on the office laser printer 20 years ago exactly the same way. Let's just hope I don't eventually get an error message to call out the technician like I used to.So what's good and bad? This is a Xerox printer so there are a LOT of settings and options you can adjust. I am sure this could be used in a formal office environment and set up by an IT guy there are that many settings I'll never use. I highly recommend you download the manual and simply search it when you want to change something. Most settings can be adjusted but you'd spend forever trying to cycle through the touchscreen menus manually. I mean you can actually even add items to the touchscreen menu itself... Enough said. The physical touchscreen on the printer itself is sometimes a bit laggy, and that can be annoying, but mostly it's fine. Also I had to find a way to hard reset the printer - because the original purchaser had password protected the printer - grrrr - which took me hours to figure out, but I eventually found the answer between the manual and the Xerox support website. So if you set and forget a password, all is not lost. The printer itself sleeps and wakes quickly, prints very quickly, prints text very clearly (not printed any graphs), photocopies very clearly and prints double-sided. It works off my home network 50ft from the router without any issues - although I did connect up the printer while plugging it in beside the router, and then moving it once the first connection was made. It also supports direct printing and printing through the Mopria print service depending on what your mobile phone/tablet supports.I recommend downloading the Xerox software from their website for scanning through windows. I find it to be excellent and much better than anything HP ever produced. You can scan to pdfs, including scanning multiple documents into one pdf file with relative ease.I have not had to replace the toner yet and am not particularly looking forward to doing so given the price of replacements but I expect the toner to have a lot more range than any of the inkjet cartridges I have owned. I will update once I reach that point.

Not even worth 1 star, not worth the money.
The printer stopped working after only 200 prints due to a faulty toner cartridge. I tried to contact Xerox and they said they would send out a new cartridge. I'm still waiting! Also the printer only works when it feels like it, 4 out of 5 times it works but on the time it doesn't I have to go into troubleshooting and run that. It finds nothing wrong but the printer then works. What a load of junk.

Small, fast and efficient
This printer is perfect for our soho needs, it’s able to print quickly and don’t/back on a single page. The only thing it’s missing is color but I knew that when I bought it. WiFi connection was easy and have had no issue so far. some reviews have complained about A2/A4 print paper, it’s not an issue you just need to set the print tray correctly, it’s self explanatory if you’re techy, I had it adjusted in seconds without thinking about it, but if you’re having trouble.. read the manual. The price it’s right for this mono workhorse. If you need a B&W laser printer, buy it.
