Can’t go wrong
Solid inserts. Use them in both athletic and casual shoes. Nice heel and arch support and also good cushioning at ball of foot. A step up (no pun intended) from cheaper box store inserts.

Expensive but worth it
These have helped considerably with my over-pronation and plantar fasciitis. Arch support is good. They occupy considerable volume in my shoes which were already on the tight side. If your shoes are already tight then these might be too much. Fit to the shoe was excellent and required no trimming. Expensive but worth it.

Great product
Great for high arches. Have them in all my shoes. Recommended by my foot and ankle doc.

Cloud feet
These make walking so much easier during my long shifts. They are thick, but not too thick that they can’t fit in my regular shoes. I get 100% arch support. I did not have to trim them at all. They fit my regular shoe size fine so I cannot comment on how easy they are to trim. My feet had instant pain, relief, and I have been using the same pair for a few months now, as you can see in my photo, and I still get maximum support and pain relief. I have purchased more than one pair of these inserts for different shoes and will continue to use them in the future

Great insoles!
Directed to get these by my doc for plantar fasciitis and complex heel spurs. Make sure you remove your factory insoles before inserting these! I didn't know to do that and had the worst foot pain for the 30 days I had to wear them before my next appointment. Once old insoles were out before putting these in, they worked amazingly. Tough to get used to at first, but gets easier with time. I need them for all my shoes now!
