This is a fantastic tool if, like me, you have bare brows (mine from overplucking)If you have very dark eyebrows or want to go for a dramatic look then just having this pen, a steady had and lots of practice will do a really good job HOWEVER..as I have learned more about makeup recently, eyebrows are rarely all one colour so if you want a natural looking brow then you will need buildable colour and different products. I used six different products to get a natural brow until mine grow back (which can take 15 weeks!!!) First I used a primer (but a soap bar can also work) I then use two tone brow powder with an angled brush. I then use a brow pencil/crayon to fill in bare patches and then I go over this shadow effect with the brow tint pen with long or shorts strokes. I then use a spoolie to tidy and blend and after this I apply fibre brow gel. I then set the look with something called 'model in a bottle'.It seemed like a lot of work at first but it gets easier and faster with practice. You can also buy eyebrow stencils if you haven't got a steady hand. It is true that eyebrows really frame the face. Once your eyebrows look nice and tidy then you can get away with less makeup overall.Setting your brows up neatly is a huge 'game changer'. Just like a new haircut completely changes everything, smartening your brows up will completely change your face looks!It has been a real 'eye opener' for me! (Pardon the pun!)

I've struggled for years trying to find a decent product to draw on realistic eyebrows. I was an 80's girl who used to pluck them very thin as this was the fashion back then, unfortunately they never grew back properly. This pen does the trick. It creates realistic hairs with its fine tip. They don't rub off either! Good staying power

So easy to use, doesn't leave splodges (once I got the hang of it, and I am NO MUA)Can do nice hair like lines and shape / fill in my brow. Then I use a spoolie to brush out.What do the kids say? Eyebrows on Fleek? 🤣

I have non existent eyebrows.Have hunted everywhere for something tohelp define them, without spending a fortune.It's great, have some trials with it first t g used t it.I suggest go for a lighter shade, as it is darker than what U think.

I have been using this pen for over a year in the shade taupe which is perfect for me as I have dark blonde roots. The one I just received is a completely different shade than it used to be, it’s now more auburn/ginger. Disappointed

Only brow product I use after seeing it on TikTok, I was interested to see why it was so raved about and I can see why, the application is very precise so you can get the perfect hair style strokes and you can fill in the parts you wish to, or create a full brow, the pen will let you do what you wish to do and the eyebrows look incredible, it also lasts on the brow and doesn't transfer or smudge!

But I'm so happy with it so far that I'm reviewing it anyway in case it helps anyone with no eyebrows at all. I have basically none. I pull them out.The pics are on oily skin at maybe 3 p.m. and again after work at about 11 p.m. I bravely wore these to work even though it's 100°f outside and even though they might disappear or turn green. They didn't! I forgot to take a fully done pic but I wanted to show--there's basically no eyebrow, it's all pen except like 8 hairs lolI just got this pen today and I've used it one time. It's Espresso. It's summer now and I'm extremely oily even in the cold months. I started out with an oily face today, since I did brows in the afternoon. I didn't use any powder or primer or anything. I wasn't sweaty or damp when I put it on, just oily. It may be an issue using this in a humid room after showeringThese pics are way TMI for me lol but I wanted people to see how this works on textured/rough skin with no real hair, just like 5 o'clock black eyebrow shadow.The pen color is great, I have dark dark chestnut hair with a silver stripe and light light yellowish skin with red spots. It's almost my natural brow hair color.I usually use Wet n Wild micro pencils in brunette because it's such a good color and it's so hard for me to find stuff that works on my oily textured skin. But it is really hard to get the inside corners right, it can't do real hairline strokes, and it settles into my wrinkles and smears.The hair texture is giving CGI cat fur or turf, lol. But it's my first time doing it. My impression is that the brush is too soft. It's really hard to do straight strokes especially on my left side (I'm very right handed). They come out a little wiggly. Still 5000x better than usual thoughYou have to use a light hand; be mindful, intentional and slow; and start each "hair" in a strategic spot, you can't just randomly flick lol. I figured that out pretty quick but it's hard to control. Also I'd see a white spot/line I'd try to cover it and the soft brush would curve or bend and not cover the white spot. Like if you have any high spots the brush may go around them. I had to go back in and carefully cover white spots with like the very very very tiptop of the brush. But still, again, first time! And it took under 15 min. If you start the hairs in random spots instead of strategically it looks more bushy and grassy lol.They're definitely not perfect but you have no idea how much better they look, and the process is WAY less stressful and mistakes are easier to fix. It's way easier to draw on hairs than to try to ombre a wax pencil. It's way easier to manage the depth of the color by just adding hairs and covering more skinI wish so bad that it were waterproof!I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop lol so I'm guessing I'll have to come back and lower my rating but I'm really hoping not
