Had this screen saver along with a samsung galaxy note 20 case.Left it on tail gate of pickup and closed tailgate . Cracked screen saver but no damage to screen.Left it on back of truck and it fell off in parking lot. Went back to find it laying in parking lot face down.Had been run over by truck.Picked it up and screen saver was demolished. Was afraid to peel it off.Pulled screen saver off and no damage to screen.What a relief.I'm sold.Great product.

I was excited that I found a tempered curved glass for my new Note20 Ultra, and was even more amazed when I saw there were 2 tempered glass sets in the pack. **Should have been a clue!**. I followed the directions (cleaned with wet wipe, dried with dry wipe), peeled off the back plastic of the glass, then proceeded to place it on my phone. Viola!! First time go! It was a perfect installation! I pressed on the sides for the recommended 45 seconds, I pushed out any air bubbles from the finger recognition circle...it was perfect. Then...I tested it. My fingerprint was not recognized. Ok - I will increase sensitivity. Still did not work. I tried adding a new fingerprint. It kept giving me an error that I was not completely covering the fingerprint area. Tried again, and again, and again. Decided I would remove the glass and use the second one that came in the kit. I was concerned that it would be hard to remove the tempered glass, but to my dismay (in a way), it popped right off without me even really trying. Which of course translates to crappy glue!!! The screen was not really going to stay anyway! What a waste of time and money!! I even tried to use just the back pieces for the cameras. HAHAHAHA! what a joke. Would not even stay on that small area.Save your money and buy a name brand glass! 'Cause what I am thinking...even if you get the cover on and get your fingerprints recognized, that crappy glue will fail you!

The screen protector is too thick and easy to install but too thick for phone. Would not stay on good

I'm currently looking for another screen cover.Pros:1. simple to install.2. no bubbles seems easy to maintin.Cons:1. Finger print reader does not work2. Screen has strange grey mirror effect with phone off. A very glossy finish. Makes seeing what is on the screen difficult at times.I actually ended up installing both screens that came with the product. The first time I noticed that the fingerprint reader had a strange discoloration, as thought something was under the screen. The fingerprint reader no longer worked. So thinking I did something wrong, I then reinstalled the second screen, taking special care to ensure the fingreprint reader area of the screen was spotless clean. There is a small glue circle on the glass protector that goes over the fingerprint area. I followed the directions. This time, it didn't work as well. So I removed the fingerprint thinking that I would add it back with the protector on. (I also had the sensitivity set for a screen protector) Trying to add the fingerprint with the screen would not work. It would only see a very small portion of the finger and said I needed to press harder. Any harder and I would break the phone. So between the screen being not as clear as I would like with it's strange glossy reflection, and the fingerprint reader not working at all. I can't recommend this product to anyone. Unless you never use the fingerprint reader.

Well I would like to give this five stars but I have to stay with three because the fingerprint scanner doesn't really work well with this screen protector. The screen protector isn't anti-glare. it gets dirty really easy .the only reason why I gave it three stars was because it actually fits my phone. If I could return it, I would but I had to use both screen protectors because the fingerprint scanner wouldn't work with the first one and now it doesn't work with the second one. I really would like my money back but alas here we are. Also the little protector for the camera it fit well but it's poorly made there was actually swirls in it where you could see how it set. That part I will rate zero Stars it didn't even work it only came with one and it went right in the trash because of the swirls you could see it on the camera

I like this screen protector but I would have loved it if it didn't have the finger print sensor. I've had other phones that read finger prints and have not needed this feature in the screen protector. It is not easy, even when following the directions exactly, to get this screen protector to lay smoothly where the sensor is. I used both screen protectors from the package at the same time, both on brand new phones. One laid down nicely after much effort, and the other still shows a frosty halo on one third of the finger print reader even after 45 minutes of trying to smooth it out. That being said, the rest of the screen protector itself is very nice. It's crystal clear, has no scratches after 4 months of use, no breaks, chips, or cracks, and it did not affect the sensitivity of the phone. I only notice the halo on part of my fingerprint reader when my screen is off, so it's not the end of the world, just mildly annoying.My only other tiny complaint is about the camera screen protectors. They are peel and stick plastic. Maybe I missed that in the description, but I was hoping for glass. If you do not place them exactly perfect, they will always bubble at the edges because they cover the entire camera lens, with cutouts, and the camera will give you notifications that you aren't going to get the best picture before you take it. I find that annoying because you don't always have time to smooth a tiny bubble when you're looking to take a picture in the moment.

I was kind of scared to try this product but as it turned out it was very easy to apply and so far it works great. Very pleased. I will update this review if needed in the future.
