I really like that this Kimono has tie strings inside to keep it together. However, it does not fit the way I wanted it to. I bought this in “One Size”, and it does not wrap the way I want it to around my legs. So if you are not slim or have a bit more in some areas, you may want to size up, especially if you want this to stay around your legs. If you only intent to wear it open over other clothing this size should work fine.I once again have to rethink my “around the house wardrobe”. I really don’t prefer pants at home. Last year, in my area it got very hot during the Summer. This year I want to be prepared. These are much to pretty to wear as housecoats or dusters. They are also very soft. And I certainly wouldn’t cook in one of these either.I wanted to wear something other than bathrobes and long pajama shirts around my house, especially during the summertime. I got the idea to wear kimonos after having seen the first Jane Mystery Movie, which starred Actress Jodie Sweetin. Her aunt, in the film, wore beautiful Kimonos. I thought: “Oh, her kimono’s are so beautiful”. That was the fruition of my idea to wear Kimonos in nicer or warmer weather.To be honest, I really don’t like that I have to hand wash these. I don’t like hand washing anything. But I can clearly see that if I put these in a washing machine I may as well prepare to buy them all over again. I intend to buy at least nine more. Of course I’m going to be smart and go a size up.

I absolutely love this kimono robe! It’s lightweight, silky, and so comfortable that I wear it every day. The floral design is beautiful, and it feels luxurious without being heavy. Perfect for lounging at home!

This robe is really soft, silky, and sewn well. It does not feel cheap. The silk is thicker and soft unlike the super cheap fake silk sometimes used that is only soft or shiny on one side and the other side sucks. True to size and fits really well. I am 5'10" and weigh 160lbs and bought a size Large which fits great. I would comment if you have very very broad shoulders or large arms, this could end up being tight under the armpits or around the back, but I am average to slightly heavy and Large is perfect for me.

I really like this. The only dislike is that the connected pieces at the bottom is only attached by a thread. Otherwise, I will be buying more of these. The quality is great. The pockets are deep. It's more or less thick but it is cozy. I'ma big back and this fit perfectly. Just a tad bit bigger and I love it that way. The color doesn't fade at all... Like I said, I'd want to buy more of these colors and styles.

One side is coming undone

This kimono is soft and silky. Colors available are so many but I choose the purple. I was hoping it would be a bit darker but still, it is lovely. And I appreciate the plus size option because I wanted more overlap than the the regular One Size version. I have that also but will donate it.

3 starts because the fabric is nice and pattern/color is absolutely beautiful, but the “one size” length is listed as 53in and it’s only 50in. I wanted a true floor length robe, not one that stops at my ankles. I specifically ordered this for the length as I’m only 5’3, but it’s too short so I’m sending back.
