Good book
This book is actually useful to keep after completing whatever systems class you are doing for a reference. Easily explains the material without wasting time.

My copy is falling apart because I use it all the time. It's a must have for systems engineers.

Don't teach from this
Please do not teach from this. Nothing in this book is explained well. Homework assignments build on previous homework assignments making it very hard to pick and choose homework problems. Homework problems are not well-defined and require information or standards not defined within textbook. This book is also way-overpriced!
