Works well.
I bought this for my wife for Mother's day. She has a very physical job and was coming home aching. This has helped quite a bit to alleviate alot if the aches she's been dealing with. Back, legs, neck. She sleeps better too after about 20 minutes on this mat. Good purchase.

Don't waste your money
If I could give 0 I would. Does not heat up the vibration sucks to hell and back. I needed more heat and a better massage I will probably return the item not very happy with it
