Doesn't seem to work

Decent quality supplement, but results were pretty mild. Helped a bit with focus, but not as strong as I expected for the price.

Gets you that dopamine kick everybody loves

I’ve used these for several months and don’t notice a difference. And they are HUGE!! They get stuck in my throat every single time! Why does everyone have to make their capsules so big?! I’d rather take 6 small ones that 1 giant one!

To my surprise, this stuff really helps with my sense of motivation, but doesn't make me jittery or over-energized like my ADHD meds do. I am so pleased! The motivation piece is a big problem for me - everything looks equally important, and so everything at once is overwhelming. This just helps me cut the static and start with something. Very helpful!!! I don't like using stimulants to force my brain into motivation.
