Nice egg turner and tool for air fryers with deep cavities. This is no flop in the pan!
Most of my life, I have been flipping eggs with no issues. Didn't think anything of it. A spatula is a spatula, so I thought. But over the last few years I have been having difficulties flipping eggs. Thought maybe it could be the pan. Then thought maybe eggs have changed. But then I got to thinking that it just might be the spatula. I am tired of having to use my high-end spatula and fork to flip an egg.I did a lot of research on amazon and YouTube reviews and after a couple months of looking, decided on this one. Mostly because it looks nice and complements the other spatulas that I have.I received this new spatula within 24 hours and as soon as I got it, decided to make an egg, bacon, cheese, tomato sandwich. Bacon goes in the pan first. I tried turning the bacon and on my first try, failed. I was trying from the end but when I chose the middle of the bacon strip, it flipped with ease. I found later that once the bacon has fried a little bit, then I can use this spatula to flip from one of its end. No big deal. It worked and I didn't need a fork to do the flipping. Nothing against forks... but if you are like me, keep it simple. Less things to wash. We are a two-person family with four forks so like to use those for eating, if you know what I mean and I don't mind using a fork for cooking, if I can use it for my meal. Can't say I ever ate a bacon and egg sandwich with a fork. Don't intend to either, so happy I could flip a slice of bacon with this spatula. For reference, my previous high-end $24 spatula couldn't flip bacon without flying grease everywhere. With the new spatula, was able to lift the bacon from the pan and onto the waiting bread. Don't you love a little bit of bacon grease to soak a little bit of that Wonder Bread?Next came the egg. This is either going to be eggtastci or its going to be a complete flop. Get it... flop? Flop in the pan? ha. I cracked the egg in the pan like a pro (btw this was the last egg in the carton - so no do-overs) and used the new spatula to keep the egg from running to the side of the pan. You know it's fresh when the egg tries to escape! Now I have that egg frying in that bacon grease and turned the stove off. I am making this egg over-hard. After the bottom side cooks for a bit, I decide to flip it. Oh Lord have mercy, ya'll. This was not one of those magic spatulas that would swoop up the egg so easily. I had to fight it a little. Then, I thought about my science teacher Mr. Larry where he talked about levers and mass and pulleys and atoms and reality. I approached that egg this time, with the new spatula sliding so easily under the heaviest part of the egg... the yolk, of course... and was able to get the egg on the spatula with no problem and then the flip... holy chicken! It worked! My problem has been solved! Now on to world hunger!I flipped that egg a few times, each time sliding under the heaviest part of the egg and the finished product looked so much better than any other egg I have made over the last few years. It had height, was rounder, and once I seasoned it with Trader Joe's Salute 21 seasoning, it was absolutely perfect to my taste buds.I added fresh-shredded cheese on top of that egg and then using the new spatula, scooped up the egg and placed it on the other side of the bread with such ease. Salt Bae, I got your moves with this new spatula!I added my slice of tomato, fold the sandwich up and rejoiced.Later that day I used the air fryer, and the spatula was able to go in with ease and lift my food out better than using tongs or my older spatula. There are but two cons is that if the spatula was a little longer, I could have picked the egg up from the lighter side. The egg didn't fit completely on the spatula and that is okay for my situation. A longer spatula would not have worked well with the air fryer. The other, is that there was plastic not trimmed off from the top and I had to manually pick that off. It feels a tiny bit flimsy, and I feel I have to be careful to not accidentally let it sit on the bottom of a pan that is frying, for example for more than ten seconds. It just "feels" that way... but may not be true. Don't want to find out.The price was right for this product. The handle has a hole at the top and so when I put this in the dishwasher, I am sure to hook the spatula to the top rack as I am concerned that with it being light weight, that it could fall and land on one of the heating elements and melt.Wishes: That it was a little bit heavier. Will I be replacing this? Absolutely not. My journey ends here. I am happy with it and intend on having a long life with it since I take care of things.Happy flipping!!!

Great spatula for eggs!
Great spatula! I don’t cook eggs very often, but trying to flip them with the thicker and often too flexible spatulas that I had was problematic and caused me to not cook them often. I bought this for it’s thinness to help slide under the eggs easier and make flippping them a lot easier. I have used this spatula a few times now and absolutely love it. The leading edge of the spatula is thinner than most others and definitely slides under the eggs a lot easier. While it is thin, it is still stiff enough to flip the eggs easily. The shape and angle of it is also helpful. If you are looking for a thin, but sturdy spatula for eggs or anything else, I definitely recommend this product.

Egg spatula
I love this so much I went out and bought second one. I have many spatulas but this one actually gets under the egg to turn it over. I highly recommend it.

Works perfectly with my stone ware egg pan!
This bigger format works well with my stone 9 1/2" egg pan... It doesn't stick and makes cooking eggs easy...

Thin edge
This is my favorite spatula. I have purchased it several times for friends who have used it and also love it. The thin edge is perfect for sliding under food and the plastic is sturdy so that it supports whatever you’re flipping. I have used it for pancakes, eggs, proteins, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
