This product does keep the hair I got from falling out. I also take Biotin. I would like to take NutraFall but it’s too pricey for me. I like this product for what it does. My nails are so hard. and I’ve got to file them, which I dread. I know it works on my nails, because my index finger on my right hand after smashing it on a car door, it would never grow, but boy it does now. My nails are super hard!

This is helping me to grow my hair back like it used to be before stress took too much of it. Now I am even growing hair again on my forearms, like in the Summer.

Emptied out powder, mixed it with a coconut conditioner , then washed out about an hour later. On hand mixed just one tablet with aloe and bit of an oil cream to treat the thin skin back of hand. It'd not able to take you from 0-100, but does make a bit of difference!

Capsules are very plastic like and bigger than most. So I won't repurchase.
