I like the taste. It has a salty taste to it. Not overwhelming though. It's like a sports drink but not too sweet. I think this for me was a perfect balance of flavor. I love the watermelon flavor.

The watermelon or strawberry are my favorate hydrate i do wish it was a little cheaper but considering that this would last me a full month then its not toio bad. i primarly just use it in the summer months. il. probably continue to use the hydrate and lemonade yet since the lemonade has acv i cant use too much lemon so ill stick to mostly hydrate

This taste great and has better nutritional panel than the competition. I will be buying these again.
