This product has good vibration. The problem is that the buttons to change the vibration mode is where you hold the massager. The vibration mode kept changing while my wife was using the massager, She got frustrated and gave up on it. This is saying a lot because it usually does not take her long and she couldn't with this product.

Funny, because i had requested a refund because i couldnt get it to work. My boyfriend figured it out. If u think it doesnt work, youre wrong. Its dummy proof. It works good and ill be undoing my refund..

This product is solid but has a few flaws that I find kinda frustrating given what this product is meant for. The first is that the buttons to change mode are conveniently located where you hold the massager, so you end up changing modes unintentionally, which in the moment is pretty obnoxious. The second is that the charging cable is specific to this product, so if you lose it...you have to replace the whole wand. The final thing is that it was hard to get the hang of - which buttons turn on or rotate which function- but eventually it made sense. The middle button turns it on and changes overall mode, the top and bottom buttons vary speeds of two specific modes.

beautiful, sleek, arrived on time. however, the second tike i used this, the wand side stopped vibrating. now i just use the insertable end as a wand vibrator. the controls can be frustrating as well--they have too many options for buzz patterns, and when you click to turn on the vibration on one of the ends, it switches the buzz pattern. so i want mine a normal constant buzz: i press and hold the power button until it flashes red (the color for constant vibration) but when i press the button to turn it on, it changes colors and buzz pattern. then i have to press the middle button 8 more times to cycle back to red. 10 button presses just to start.....yall.....

This product was amazing... until the first time it went dead and then I couldn't get it to charge again. We did get a full refund from Amazon though.
