Military Outdoor Clothing Previously Issued Government Olive Drab Cordura 2 Strap Duffle Bag

I have had several of these military duffle bags over the years. They are amazing if you are moving, or needing to bring a significant amount of things and wanna keep them in a manageable bag. I can put literally almost my entire wardrobe in one of these bags if you burrito role the shirts and pants. They are built to hand over a 100lbs so they're rugged and cheap. The only down side to them are the natural smell they all have, some spray cleaner and a sponge will help that out. Just buy one lol

I’ve read all the other negative reviews on this item—I love it. The bag I received is brand new, perfect condition, large, well made, no smell whatsoever, and I will buy more because honestly I use it all the time even at the grocery store because it holds so much stuff and will never rip out in this lifetime best as I can tell. My experience is wonderful on this purchase. Unsure why such a difference in condition from others, and totally positive reviews. Awesome bag highly recommended.

My house stinks from these bags. I don’t usually write good or bad reviews.But I sure am on this one! They smell like someone threw up on them and they shipped them with it on them. They honestly smell so bad I washed them with 2 Tide Pods, Clorox colorsafe bleach , Downy Pellets and baking soda and they still smell. I am trying another round with also vinegar. Washed both times on heavy, hot and a triple rinse. Let’s see what the second time does.Didn’t save anything buying used if you have to wash them like this!!!Just really upset. My son came home on leave and I wanted these to send back stuff when he goes back. Just basically a one time use. So I didn’t want to put a lot of money out for bags. But I guess I should have. The Oder is just not something you could miss.

This is the second one of these I've purchased. Here are the pros and cons:Pro: Like all the USGI bags of this type, it is rugged, and you will probably wear out before it does. This one was purchased to help me haul all of the tree stand seats, lifelines, cameras, and other paraphernalia I've got installed on my hunting property now that the season is over. It will admirably fill that role.Cons: When it arrived, it became obvious that, as other reviews have noted, supplier you purchase from matters. This one had several rips that had been neatly patched with fabric of the same type and color as the bag. Nice job on that, but I would have rather that fact had been clearly stated. The bottom also had remnants of cream colored paint, which I expected but wish wasn't present. But what definitely is a problem is that it smelled AWFUL, like someone had vacuum sealed their dirty underwear in it and left it for several days. So, the first thing I did was put it in my washing machine with some scent killing detergent. I have high hopes that will fix that issue. We will see. But caveat emptor on that.Final analysis: At less than 1/2 the price of a new one and for my intended use, it's worth buying. But probably better have some scent killer detergent on hand (like Dead Downwind or similar), just in case.UPDATE 1/6/24. Smell remains a persistent issue. Scent killer hasn't eliminated it entirely, but it has improved. Going to try a good spray down with scent killer next.

These bags arrived and are as described. I am moving and uses them to take loads of clothes with me on one of my trips to my future home. They are about as big as I am tall hahaa but they were perfect. I could load them full of clothes and still get them in my back. They weighed about 40lbs/each when full.

I just received my duff and the quality is as expected, top notch, but the smell is bad. smells like they left wet towels' and underwear in it for a week, but for the price and quality, i will still give 5 stars. Hoping when i throw it in the washer that it does the trick. i will update this review for better or for worse.UPDATE: Sent it back. After trying many times to get the stench out of the bag, in the end the stench won. I can deal with a little mildew smell. Heck it gives a bag character, but the stench on this bag was beyond anything I have bought before. I was disappointed that whoever packed this up thought it would be ok. I know these things are hit and miss, but this was really bad. I will say this aside from the stench the bag is a beast and would last you many years. It is really well made. I am removing a few stars over the stench and the fact someone would actually ignore the stench and ship it out anyway.
