How to claim the warranty??
This product is under 6 months warranty..I gifted this to my friend, and by the time she unboxed it the return window had closed, one of the earings was defective.. I am willing to claim warranty

Average Quality
Within a day or two, one of the screw backings was loose as in it doesn’t lock up. It’s manageable but I wanted to replace it but can’t find the option to do so.
