Folding Master Heavy Duty Step Ladder/Hand Truck 2 in 1

I have purchased three other units like this from other vendors to only have the wheels break off on the first use. They were made very cheaply. This unit is so much better. I know another review provided negative feedback about quality, but I honestly have to disagree. This unit is made very well and is solid. The casters are far superior to the others I have bought. The step stool is very sturdy and does not move. The steps are wide and have great traction. The one thing I really like about this unit is the steps create a solid backing when collapsed. I often cart around tools and other small items. They kept falling off the cart between the steps. There is no way from that to happen with this one. It is well designed. If you are in the market for one of these multipurpose cart/step stools, this really is the best for the price.

Just got this ladder delivered in the mail today. Already disappointed.One of the cheap plastic clips that are supposed to lock the ladder into handcart form broke the first time I pressed it to open the ladder.The steps are nice and wide and I love that they fold flat. But the handle is so low and far back that it doesn't feel safe to stand on anything higher than the first step.The wheels only fold out if you use it as a hand truck. So if the platform isn't folded out neither are the wheels.I really thought that for the money I paid for this It would have been a much better ladder. I should have saved myself $50 and bought the pearstone ladder.
