If your Goldfish are small you might want to make the bigger chunks bite size by crushing it a little with your fingers before dropping it in your tank or pond. If your fish are large just drop without crushing the food.

Q: Can i use it for platy fishes in my goldfish tank.?

They can eat it but you should also feed a tropical community diet for the platys.

Q: Can glo fish eat this

They can eat it, but it would not meet their nutritional needs. You need a tropical fish diet or glofish specific diet.

Q: can you feed these to venus flytraps?

They are formulated for omnivorous fish, not carnivorous plants so they probably will not make an appropriate diet for a venus flytrap.
