Double the battery life!
Okay, your looking at this to get more life out of your batteries to run the CPAP?BUY THIS. I have one of the 300w battery packs with built in inverter and 12v output.Running the CPAP from the invert's 110v outlet, I would get 3 days MAX (about 20 hours runtime)With this adaptor, I now get closer to 50 hours or a good 6, maybe 7 days!I run solar when I can, and have a generator I can top up with when camping longer then this.Highly recommended!

You NEED this if you're using a battery pack
Using with my Jackery power supply (Explorer 300) to avoid interruptions if the power goes out, works flawlessly! In case you're wondering, running this DC adaptor reduces battery draw, as there's no conversion of DC to AC by the power supply then AC to DC in the factory power cord- efficiency is greatly increased. I can run for the full night plus on battery alone even with humidifier and hose heat.Absolutely would buy again- should definitely have done this sooner!

It works with Resmed Air sense 10, and is efficient.
Just got back from a 2 week camping trip using this to power my Resmed AirSense 10. It worked perfect! Conversion from 12 to 24 volts was very efficient, which was important with limited battery capacity. Highly recommended if you go off grid with your CPAP!

We required warranty on this device and Greathappy was superb to deal withy
We use this device to power our cpap machine while dry camping and it worked well, unfortunately it would not power up for this years camping season, we were required to get in touch with Greathappy for warranty purposes. They were Great and we were happy! They were timely with their responses and prompt with their decision making, the replacement unit arrived within a week. We will gladly do business with Greathappy again.

Works great
I needed to add a 12v extension cord in my camper. The cord on the supply is a decent length but in my camper the 12v socket is pretty far from the bed If you plan on using it in your camper, you should look into a 12v extension too...
