When I first received these I was a little upset because I thought they were made of plastic. They are not. They are made of aluminum. Another review mentions that the metal is thin but as long as you're not running over it with a car or squeezing it in a vice it's just as sturdy as you need. And once you attach it to a mic stand it becomes a moot point.

I wanted to attach my camera to one of my boom mic stands, and this did the trick. Its built well and functions as intended. Instead of buying a whole new stand, this gave life to products that I already own while saving money.

I needed a tripod for my cameras and only had a mic stand at the time , I searched for these , purchased , and when it arrived it fit and worked perfectly . I still use them . I def recommend if you want an inexpensive tripod out of a mic stand . Fits all 1/4” ports on most cameras .

The adapters feels a little bit poor quality but hey, they get the job done.

Saved me from having to purchase a camera tripod for a one-time photo session. I'm not sure why these are so hard to find. You would think every camera store and every music store would stock them, but sadly I could only find them online!

Ordered these to mount a portable projector onto a mic stand. Works great and it saves us a lot of time on setup.

Complete waste of money. Cheap looks and feel. Ended up buying another set from a professional music store for a fraction of the cost of this tat.
