As a barista in a coffee shop that gets wicked busy, this is a great buy. Blends matcha amazingly, and it’s great for sauces and syrups too, really gets the sides of the cup. It’s a very good size, nice and hefty. I’ve dropped it several times and it’s held up with no issue. I think this is the ultimate matcha whisk especially in a professional setting. I can really apply some force without worrying about breaking little piece of wood into a customers drink AND, last but not least, it’s super easy to clean compared to a “traditional” matcha whisk.

Wow! I got this for my matcha tea and it works great to thoroughly mix the tea crystals. No clumping! It feels hefty and well made. Will definitely use it everyday!

This tool is used daily for my Matcha. I have had no issues with any clumps remaining or any clumped residue at the bottom of the cup.

I bought one for my coffee business and can not believe how much I could love a whisk. How random and unimportant right?! Wrong! This thing is life changing for stuff like matcha or thick syrups. This actually works better than an electric whisk and I never have to change the batteries. I actually just bought a second one for my home espresso set up. Get this, it’s worth it!!!

The tool is very well made and has good quality. It states that it takes the clumps out, however I still had lumps in my mix but that may have been user error. Overall very happy with Barista mixer and hoping for long term use.

Wonderful control for hand blending with no mess (without bothering my arthritis) and no footprint (no need using small appliances mixers). Make fresh whip cream, hollandaise, mix protein shakes, sauces, scramble eggs, marinades, salad dressing and cocktail or mocktail drinks. It is a wonderful workhorse for the value! And quality stainless steel 👌. Best kitchen hand tool I have bought in years!

I've been using this daily for a bit over a month now making lattes at home. This stirrer feels very solid; it doesn't feel cheap at all. It definitely beats using a spoon (or chopstick). I use this for condensed milk, caramel, powder, and it mixes it all. It eliminates clumping when I use it with powder. More importantly, this thing is a breeze to clean. Because it doesn't clump and the syrups don't stick to the metal, it's super easy to clean. This is definitely pricier than some of the other options out there, but I expect to get some good use out of this.
